We serve as the trusted bridge to impact and connect GenZalpha with Fortune 500 companies, governments, and international organizations, including Microsoft, Accenture, HP and UNICEF. We co-build engaging experiential learning campaigns for the next generation to help young people across the globe gain the confidence, skills, and networks to achieve better livelihoods.

Your Mission

As Senior Program Manager, you will be the lead point of contact and ultimate owner of success for all virtual programs and partner program management. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of partner programs, from relationship building and scoping through execution and reporting, ensuring every program delivers measurable impact for partners and growth for Goodwall's member base.

You are the person where the buck stops, owning program P&L alongside qualitative and quantitative performance outcomes. We want someone who brings an AI-first mindset to that ownership: genuinely curious about the tools reshaping our work, and excited to use them to take the role to the next level by finding smarter, more efficient ways to do things at every step.

Leveraging your relationship-building skills, strategic thinking and operational rigor, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Partner development: Build strong relationships with universities, scholarship providers, NGOs, foundations, governments and corporates. Understand their priorities and translate them into actionable work plans and clear messaging.

  • New partnerships: Identify and support the creation of new partnerships, aligning Goodwall's value proposition with partner and customer needs to continually grow the business and member base. Your role is primarily to secure new partnerships, while also growing a portfolio of existing ones.

  • Program coordination: Lead the coordination and execution of virtual programs across internal and external stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all program-related operations.

  • Program design: Lead the design of educational programs based on internal SOPs, partner requirements and domain expertise. Cover research, planning, design and specification, and look for places where AI can replace manual work without losing quality.

  • Program P&L and performance: Oversee program P&L, track qualitative and quantitative performance metrics, troubleshoot issues in real time, and deliver end-of-program reports with full data analysis. Own end-to-end delivery with rigour. Create and maintain detailed program plans, ensuring milestones are tracked daily and deliverables meet quality standards.

  • Stakeholder management: Organise and coordinate partner meetings and consultations, managing cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Internal coordination: Coordinate with product, growth and operations teams to deliver on partner commitments, ensuring alignment between partner expectations and Goodwall's capacity to deliver.

  • AI as a multiplier: Use AI tools, automations and agents to compound your output across drafting, research, briefing, summarising, partner reporting and internal coordination. Share what's working with the rest of the team so we all get faster together.

Job requirements

You have strong relationship instincts, operational rigor and a bias for action. You are a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple partners and programs at the same time without missing a beat.

You also have the following attributes:

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in client or partner facing roles, project management, or managing digital campaigns.

  • A successful track record of ownership and delivering measurable results.

  • Experience developing and implementing complex projects with corporate partners or international stakeholders.

  • Someone who thrives on responsibility, likes owning outcomes end to end, and can work autonomously.

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage complexity across multiple programs.

  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish and French are a plus.

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

  • Strong interest in social impact, sustainability, entrepreneurship and building online communities.

  • An AI-first mindset. You already use tools like ChatGPT, Claude or similar in your weekly workflow, and you are curious about how AI can take this role to the next level.

  • Comfort with experimentation. When you hit friction, your first instinct is to ask what tool, agent or automation could solve it.

  • Creative and marketing skills are a plus.

  • Experience in the social impact sector is a plus.
