Job requirements
As our People Lead, your mission is to take strong foundations already in place and make them seamless, scalable, and people-first. You’ll be the operator who ensures our hiring, onboarding, performance, offsites, offices and culture programs run smoothly, while systematically starting and finishing projects to improve the people stream at Goodwall.
Your Mission:
You’ll work in sprints with the founders and leadership team to:
Run year-round recruitment and deliver an outstanding candidate experience, including managing agency partners.
Execute and manage performance review cycles and follow-through.
Operationalize our compensation and bonus/equity frameworks.
Drive onboarding practices across teams.
Launch and track pulse surveys to strengthen feedback culture.
Finalize culture codification (values, rituals, playbooks).
Oversee and execute people projects to keep us running smoothly.
What you bring:
This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role: you’ll ensure the people operations as well as projects defined are running day-to-day.
3–5+ years in process oriented, people, roles at high-growth startups or scale-ups.
Strong track record in internal operations, performance management, and compensation processes.
Experience working with agencies, headhunters, and external partners.
A builder–finisher mindset: detail-oriented, pragmatic, and focused on getting things over the line.
Excellent communicator who can work directly with founders, leadership and cross-functionally
Passion for people, culture, and impact-driven work.
