What You’ll Achieve
Own a Large Quota & Pipeline: Take responsibility for a million dollar plus revenue target, generating at least 50% of your own new pipeline. You’ll be both a hunter, finding and closing new logos, and a farmer, renewing and expanding existing accounts.
Strategic Enterprise Engagement: Leverage Goodwall’s customer base, your own network and outbound strategies, you will gain access and engage C-suite and senior executives at Fortune 500s, multinationals, public sector organizations, and leading foundations.
Creative Solutioning: Navigate an evolving and customizable solution offering. Listen to customer aspirations and feedback, then creatively align their goals with what’s possible and for Goodwall.
Complex Proposal & Deal Management: Lead the development of complex, multi-stakeholder proposals and budgets. Deliver accurate forecasts and close high-value, multi-party deals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and program teams to co-create custom solutions, ensuring alignment between customer needs and Goodwall’s capabilities.
Market Ownership: Take full ownership of your market, maximizing every opportunity and driving both new business and account growth.
Job requirements
A hands-on, organized professional who does not need layers above or below to deliver excellence with the following attributes:
10+ years in B2B enterprise sales (software/SaaS, tech, or platforms), with a proven record of exceeding $1M+ quotas.
Hunter and Farmer Mindset: Demonstrated ability to generate your own leads, close new business, and expand/renew existing accounts.
Strategic & Creative Thinking: Experience selling solutions that are not off the shelf, requiring creative alignment of customer needs with evolving product capabilities.
Business Acumen: Strong ability to align customer goals with company profitability, including comfort with budgeting and proposal writing.
Executive Communication: Skilled at engaging and influencing C-suite and senior stakeholders, as well as working with operators to achieve specific outcomes (e.g., youth engagement, sign-ups, survey responses).
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively with product, engineering, and program teams in a fast-paced, lean environment.
Comfort with Ambiguity: Thrive in an early-stage startup with limited process and structure, adapting quickly to change and uncertainty.
