Your mission:
We’re looking for a Campaigns & Content Lead to define the planning, design, and execution of our in-app and branded partner campaigns. You’ll ensure that our campaigns connect with a global Gen Z audience through thoughtful storytelling, strong visuals, and a deep understanding of both our users and partners. You’ll work closely with internal teams, working with the Founders for guidance, and partners to develop and refine campaign ideas and see them through to delivery.
You’ll also collaborate with some of the world’s leading organizations, helping translate their goals into compelling campaign experiences for youth globally.
Lead the design, storytelling, and rollout of all campaigns across our in-app and branded channels
Collaborate with designers, video editors, copywriters, and AI tools to develop campaign content
Understand the needs of both our partners and youth audience
Use data, user feedback, and A/B testing to refine and improve campaigns
Translate partner goals into clear, engaging learning experiences
Ensure visual consistency and tone across all campaign assets
Monitor and optimize campaign performance
Job requirements
What you bring:
3+ years of experience in campaign design, content creation, or storytelling
A strong portfolio showing your approach to visual and narrative work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and motion/video tools
You’re likely a successful creator yourself, familiar with YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok
Understanding of youth culture and what resonates with Gen Z
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Data-driven and experienced in optimizing content based on performance
Passionate about helping young people and creating meaningful impact
You might also bring a background in some of this:
Experience in a creative agency or as a digital creator
Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Bonus: Experience with Webflow, HTML/CSS, or marketing automation tools
