What you’ll be doing but not limited to
Develop Goodwall’s global social media strategy, establishing a distinctive tone of voice and positioning.
Launch and operate official channels across established and emerging social platforms (including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok), including content ideation, copywriting, asset management, publishing, and reporting.
Develop the content calendar, posting cadence and engagement tactics for each social platform.
Create high-quality content that achieves performance goals and resonates with our community.
Track and analyze audience engagement and creative effectiveness to provide insights and recommendations.
Help build a connection with existing and potential users & partners through organic interaction, and propose new ways to engage with them.
Stay ahead of the latest platform best practices and industry trends.
Develop processes and implement workflows to improve our content delivery agility.
Preferred Skills & Work Experience
4+ years of experience working in social media, community, or digital marketing.
Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge on social platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Twitch, and Facebook just to name a few) and tools (such as Hootsuite).
A deep passion for pop culture and staying on top of current trends, and the ability to react with platform and content to connect authentically with our audience.
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills (English) and a strong sense of design.
Experience building and overseeing social media campaigns across multiple platforms from kickoff to execution.
A proven track record of growing healthy communities, generating social buzz, and delivering on engagement metrics.
Natural eagerness to not only ideate, but implement that idea.
Team player, flexible, positive and always happy to go the extra mile.
Attention to detail, data-driven and analytical.
Degree in Communications or other related field.
A strong personal social media presence.
Experience with Photoshop and other creative tools.
