The successful candidate must possess unquestionable character and absolute integrity. They will be a thoughtful “doer” with strong project management skills and attention to detail and can move seamlessly between business requirements and creative thinking. Additionally, they should possess exceptional planning and communications skills while serving as a hands-on collaborator.

What you’ll be doing but not limited to:

  • Identify actionable insights into the content preferences, behavior and needs of our users, globally

  • Develop regional strategic recommendations and programme ideas in line with our product strategy and partner needs

  • Translate partner and business content requirements to design and community teams

  • Foster relationships and work with key stakeholders to execute on the cross functional content roadmap

  • Establish and ensure high quality content standards, while overseeing the delivery end to end, from ideation to QA

  • Forecast, monitor and evaluate content performance, track progress, understand sources of variance, and propose actionable insights

  • Coordination of all the action points included to release a program inside the app throughout the different multifunctional areas

Job requirements

Your profile

  • A passion to make a positive impact in the lives of millions of youth around the world

  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager in the digital content space, ideally in media/content space

  • Experience in using data and metrics to drive KPIs

  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • High attention to detail

  • Strong team player

  • Excellent English

Interesting to have

  • Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or strategy/business development at a major media technology company
