The mission

As Parnterships Lead, you will be responsible for the creation of new partnerships with leading organisations including: foundations, governments, United Nations and private sector (CSR and Sustainability branches). Your success will be measured by the quality and the value of the new partnerships created, as well as the capacity to scale up the existing ones.

You will be part of the Social Impact area within the Business Development team, in charge of outreach to relevant partners, creation of potential opportunities for collaboration, proposal preparation, and partnership creation. You will work in coordination with the rest of the team contributing to business development strategy and the growth of our community and business.

Job requirements

Home-based, you are a hands-on, organized and driven leader with a background in sustainability (or related sector) and a strong track record in fundraising (either through contract and/or grants). 

You have a strong understanding of institutional international donors (with particular focus on sustainability) and are able to navigate private-public partnerships, understand partners’ interests and identify successful fundraising strategies.

You have experience working with an international team across different time zones in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment, as we are fully remote across continents. You understand the complexities of managing international partnerships, and have experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, taking the lead and pushing work forward. 

Fluency in English is a must, fluency in French is considered a plus
