Your Mission


We’re looking for an exceptionally passionate individual to take our marketing and community to the next level. Do you want a lot of ownership? Are you a perfect mix of user, content and data centricity? Do you obsess over user communication strategies, especially on social media? Can you create viral posts and wacky memes? This is the job you’ve been dreaming of.


We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist focusing on Social to become a key player in our marketing and community team, to help grow and engage our community of young people (1.8m users across 150 countries). There would be the opportunity to work on some exciting projects we have coming up, for example in partnership with UNICEF and other brands.


You’ll help define the right kind of content for users, in app and on social media around the world using data, and drive them towards our weekly challenges and programs in-app, that you’ll help build along with content creators.


You’ll also work around strategic marketing projects that can use your skill set, like user surveys or landing page optimization.

Job requirements

Your Profile


We are looking for the right mindset more than experience. 1+ years working full-time, with experience in marketing, social, analytics (CRM is a plus). Previous work leading youth initiatives is a big plus for this role, as well as having an affinity with subjects around creating a better you or a better world.


You’ll have exceptional English writing and verbal communication skills, be passionate about online communities, social media, and industry trends, and look to take ownership of setting up and running community-led initiatives.


You’re hungry to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment and can work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
