The successful candidate must possess unquestionable character and absolute integrity. They will be a thoughtful “doer” with strong project management skills and attention to detail and can move seamlessly between business requirements and creative thinking. Additionally, they should possess exceptional planning and communications skills while serving as a hands-on collaborator.

The mission

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead on our global growth, running campaigns and helping us to define and carry out our short-term and long-term Growth strategy. 

What you’ll be doing but not limited to

  • Grow and engage our community of young people (2m users across 150 countries)

  • Help define the right kind of content for users, in app and on social media around the world using data

  • Social Media Campaigns, paid and organic 

  • Influencer Management 

  • Drive users towards our weekly challenges and programs in-app, that you’ll help build along with content creators and influencers

  • Develop strategic marketing projects

  • Run and monitor performance of paid acquisition campaigns across social channels

Job requirements

Your Profile

  • A marketing generalist - marketing, user acquisition, or growth

  • Experience of developing growth strategy

  • A track record with paid and unpaid marketing content production

  • Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)

  • Highly analytical and fluent in deriving insights from data

  • Hands-on experience working with key campaign management tools and platforms

  • Experience with website testing, conversion rate optimization, and organic marketing channels
