While you’ll be instrumental in growing our community and business in the US, you will also develop a strong, in-depth relationship with our corporate partner to maximize the potential impact of the partnership. You will serve as the key point of contact between Goodwall and our partner's sales team to jointly develop our marketing and program solutions for the US market, and enable our partner to successfully conduct sales of these solutions to their US client base.
At the same time, you will develop a successful user acquisition strategy, and in close collaboration with internal and external teams, execute user acquisition campaigns that not only drive our growth but also build a sustainable community in the region, providing as much value to our members as possible.
This will involve working cross-functionally to help develop and execute integrated, co-branded marketing campaigns and programs with our Product and Community, as well Marketing and Programs teams. To do so you’ll need to develop a deep familiarity with our platform and membership and ensure that our partners understand the value of our technology, platform and community.
Finally, you will coordinate our efforts to generate new leads and business opportunities, seeking partners from all sectors, including universities, foundations, government entities, and other corporations whose missions, objectives, and values align with our own and our partnership.
Based in the US or Canada, you are an entrepreneurial problem-solver with a successful track record of outcomes and ownership, whether in closing deals or coordinating broad business efforts - this may be from experience in an international company, consultancy or start-up, ideally in consumer tech, social or gaming in the US.
You have a data-driven mindset to understand how to best improve our user experience to grow, engage and retain our community in the region. Your strong understanding of Gen Z user behavior on mobile apps in the US or experience in marketing to Gen Z will help to drive that growth.
You understand the complexities of managing an international partnership and stakeholders, and the experience to set up and scale a new project from the ground up, acting with the mindset of a Founder and the drive of a CEO for an internal start-up.
You have experience in successfully developing and implementing complex projects, and a love of getting things done, no matter the circumstances. Your willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment with a lot of ambiguity is what sets you apart.
