Your Mission

As Head of Content Strategy, you will lead a global team of content creators, community managers and designers to develop and produce inspiring new content for our members and audience both on and outside Goodwall.

As well as being an excellent team leader, you’ll also liaise with external partners and our internal teams to design world-class, international campaigns with recognized organizations, ranging from United Nations entities to global consumer brands.

Job requirements

Your Profile

You are a hands-on, organized creative leader who does not need many layers above or below to deliver excellence. You have experience of managing content strategy, as well as a team of 5+, and you are very familiar with social media video production, preferably on platforms like TikTok, Youtube and Instagram Reels.


Ideally, you are entrepreneurial with a data-driven growth-hacking experience to build our community. Someone who wants to take ownership of content, with a creative vision for the team and the direction the company will go.


You have experience working with an international team across different time zones in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment, as we are fully remote across continents. You have a strong understanding of Gen Z user behaviour on mobile apps, and are fluent in English, as that is the main language we use on our app, for now.
