We have a vacancy for a Agile Scrum Master to join our team. You will work closely with our talented development team and help deliver exceptional quality to delight our users.

What you will be doing but not limited to

• Help the development team to achieve their goals and deliver content on time and to a high quality

• Direct all necessary production efforts (scoping, sprint planning, development, testing, release, retrospectives etc.)

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, coordinate internal release notes, issues, updates, communicate with the relevant internal teams

• Execute strong time and project management skills, create and optimize processes to ensure efficient development

• Manage risks and escalate issues, identify and resolve them with “can do” attitude

Your profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in a tech/mobile company in an Agile environment

• Experience working with the new technologies and new categories of products at scale

• A successful track record of owning workstreams and coordinating development teams

• Written and verbal communication skills in English

• Knowledge of JIRA

• Willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment with a lot of ambiguity

• Hands-on and proactive

• Collaborated to improve processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency

• The ability to work independently

• Excellent attention to detail
